I came into my spiritual training after the birth of my oldest daughter. At the time I had this amazing career I had worked so hard to establish, amazing partner and my miracle baby. Yet I still couldn't shake feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, confused and uninspired.  The work I once enjoyed felt repetitive and I was losing myself as I worked relentlessly to keep up with the appearance that I had everything put together. It’s like I knew that chapter was over but wasn’t sure where to go, who I was anymore, or even what I was capable of. It all started slipping. This is when it all changed. I knew that there was more to what I was allowing myself to experience and to see. Through my own inner work and the help of my mentors and teachers, I found myself again. And not just found me again but found a more open, truer and authentic version! Turns out this life is way more magical then we are even taught and every day I thank every experience that lead me here as I continue growing and discovering more parts of myself. These roots ran deep down in my family line but had been ignored and forgotten. With my healing came a powerful revelation that I am an intuitive and a medium in this life and that these abilities were always with me. I have now come to understand that ALL of humanity is capable of so much more and that we are all intuitive in some way and have abilities that we either knowingly or unknowingly use everyday. Knowing more of who we are is a choice and I choose me more and more everyday.

I combine professional training, leadership experience, and spiritual development to guide others on their journey. As a trained therapist, I specialized in individual, group, and play therapies before spending over a decade in restaurant management, where I refined my leadership and mentoring skills.

Through my own awakening, I worked with mentors who helped me uncover my authentic self and greater potential. I earned certifications in Reiki, Theta Healing, and Angel Alchemy, which now play a vital role in helping clients discover their own inner power. My education and spiritual growth enable me to offer a compassionate and holistic approach to healing and self-discovery.

My goal is to help you celebrate life and recognize that all experiences are opportunities to learn, grow, and overcome. By connecting with yourself and your visible and invisible allies, you can gain clarity, insight, and deeper self-awareness, leading to greater authenticity and alignment.

This journey inward helps you heal, rewrite past traumas, and realize your wholeness—you are not broken, and you are never alone. You are deeply loved and supported beyond what you may imagine.
